Technical diving courses

Every technical course in the directory, grouped by the agency that certifies it. Each page carries the prerequisites, the training standards a diver has to meet, and — where centres publish them — what the course actually costs across the shops that teach it. 146 of these courses currently have published prices attached, shown here as approximate US dollars so the list can be scanned — each course page gives the real figures in every centre's own currency. A course with no figure is one no centre in the directory publishes a price for; its page still shows what the same training costs under other agencies. The centre count beside each course is how many centres publish a price for it. The dollar figure covers whole-course prices only, so a centre that quotes a day rate is counted but does not move the range — which is why the two numbers can differ.

Commonly sold as a package

Some training is bought as one product rather than one certification at a time. These are the bundles enough centres sell for a price to mean something. Figures are approximate US dollars for comparison; each centre publishes in its own currency.
