Navigation Instructor Trainer
Trains elite RAID Navigation Instructors to become instructor trainers and program directors capable of independently running the practical instructor-development process for new Navigation Instructors. This credential is for established Navigation Instructors who have built strong student records and want to expand their influence by training the next generation of Navigation teaching faculty. Successful specialty trainers become central to maintaining Navigation instruction quality.
Prerequisites
RAID's public course pages do not provide a dedicated page for Navigation Instructor Trainer course prerequisites. Contact a RAID dive centre for current requirements, which typically include current RAID Navigation Instructor certification plus RAID Instructor Trainer (ITP) status with base requirements: minimum 21 years old, RAID Open Circuit Instructor for 24+ months, RAID Master Instructor rating, and 300+ logged hours.
