Night and Limited Visibility Instructor Trainer

Official course standards ↗Last updated September 7, 2026

Trains elite RAID Night and Limited Visibility Instructors to become instructor trainers and program directors capable of independently developing new Night and Limited Visibility Instructors. This credential is for established specialty instructors working in high-volume locations or regions where darkness and low-visibility diving are common pursuits. Successful trainers help standardize Night and Limited Visibility teaching across RAID's network and often develop advanced variants (night-wreck, night-technical).
