Adv. Mine - Stage/Multi-Stage Diver

Official course standards ↗Last updated September 7, 2026

This advanced mine specialization qualifies Technical Mine Divers to deploy and manage multiple stage cylinders within flooded mine systems, substantially extending bottom time and enabling penetrations of massive abandoned mines with extended horizontal runs. You'll learn stage clipping and deployment specific to mine geometry, precise gas accounting across multiple bailout and stage bottles, and contingency protocols for stage loss or separation in zero-visibility conditions. Multi-stage mine diving enables technical projects in deep, extensive mine systems.
