Technical Instructor Trainer
The rating that trains and certifies PADI technical instructors, rather than technical divers. An instructor trainer at this level conducts the Tec 40, Tec 45 and Tec 50 instructor courses, evaluating candidates' teaching presentations, dive planning and in-water demonstration quality against PADI standards. It sits above the instructor tier: its students are already technical instructors.
