Technical Rescue in worldwide: 12 instructors on TecDiveTools, with the agencies and courses each teaches, and a summary of what students say.
TecDiveTools lists 12 instructors teaching Technical Rescue worldwide.
Listings are ordered by how much evidence exists about their technical diving, not by a star rating, with any paid Featured listing shown first and marked as such (how rankings work). 6 of these 12 carry reviews we have read and classified as being about technical or overhead training. The count excludes recreational certifications by name, so a busy resort does not outrank a one-instructor cave operation on the volume of its reef trips. Separately, 7 have a written synthesis of what reviewers say about them. How we read and count reviews.

About the course
ERROR: FABRICATION DETECTED - TDI does not offer an official 'Technical Rescue' diver course. According to the official TDI website: 'TDI does not have a technical rescue diver program as such, because each TDI diver program contains components designed to teach risk management, rescue, and self-assessment and self-rescue.' While some third-party dive centers market a 'TDI Technical Rescue Diver' course, this is NOT an official TDI certification with published standards. Rescue content is integrated into TDI's existing technical courses (Decompression Procedures, Trimix, Cave, etc.) rather than offered as a standalone program.
INVALID - No official TDI standards exist for this course
12 instructors on TecDiveTools teach TDI Technical Rescue worldwide: Thailand (6), Indonesia (3), Malta (2) and Egypt (1). Each is listed above.
