Technical Rescue in worldwide: 12 dive centres on TecDiveTools, with agencies, courses taught and a summary of what students say. 5 publish course prices.
TecDiveTools lists 12 dive centres teaching Technical Rescue worldwide. 5 of them publish course prices, in the currency the shop advertises and with the date each was checked — not converted, and not estimated.
Listings are ordered by how much evidence exists about their technical diving, not by a star rating, with any paid Featured listing shown first and marked as such (how rankings work). 10 of these 12 carry reviews we have read and classified as being about technical or overhead training. The count excludes recreational certifications by name, so a busy resort does not outrank a one-instructor cave operation on the volume of its reef trips. Separately, 7 have at least one instructor whose reviews we have read and summarised — a dive centre carries no synthesis of its own. How we read and count reviews.

About the course
ERROR: FABRICATION DETECTED - TDI does not offer an official 'Technical Rescue' diver course. According to the official TDI website: 'TDI does not have a technical rescue diver program as such, because each TDI diver program contains components designed to teach risk management, rescue, and self-assessment and self-rescue.' While some third-party dive centers market a 'TDI Technical Rescue Diver' course, this is NOT an official TDI certification with published standards. Rescue content is integrated into TDI's existing technical courses (Decompression Procedures, Trimix, Cave, etc.) rather than offered as a standalone program.
INVALID - No official TDI standards exist for this course
