TecDiveTools lists 9 instructors teaching Mine Diver worldwide.
Listings are ordered by how much evidence exists about their technical diving, not by a star rating, with any paid Featured listing shown first and marked as such (how rankings work). 3 of these 9 carry reviews we have read and classified as being about technical or overhead training. The count excludes recreational certifications by name, so a busy resort does not outrank a one-instructor cave operation on the volume of its reef trips. Separately, 3 have a written synthesis of what reviewers say about them. How we read and count reviews.

About the course
This full mine certification qualifies divers to conduct unrestricted mine penetrations with extended range and complex stage management in flooded mines. You'll master extended-penetration guidelines, multi-stage gas management, emergency protocols for isolation in mines, and comprehensive rescue procedures in zero-visibility overhead conditions. Mine Diver represents full technical mine diving capability and unlocks access to major flooded mines globally, serving as the foundation for advanced mine specializations.
Divers must demonstrate competency in extended-penetration line protocols, multi-stage gas planning and execution, zero-visibility navigation, emergency procedures for mine isolation, and comprehensive rescue procedures adapted for mine conditions.
