Full Cave Evaluator in worldwide: 9 dive centres on TecDiveTools, with agencies, courses taught and a summary of what students say. 5 publish course prices.
TecDiveTools lists 9 dive centres teaching Full Cave Evaluator worldwide. 5 of them publish course prices, in the currency the shop advertises and with the date each was checked — not converted, and not estimated.
Listings are ordered by how much evidence exists about their technical diving, not by a star rating, with any paid Featured listing shown first and marked as such (how rankings work). 6 of these 9 carry reviews we have read and classified as being about technical or overhead training. The count excludes recreational certifications by name, so a busy resort does not outrank a one-instructor cave operation on the volume of its reef trips. Separately, 6 have at least one instructor whose reviews we have read and summarised — a dive centre carries no synthesis of its own. How we read and count reviews.

About the course
Specialized evaluator certification for experienced Full Cave instructors seeking to assess other instructors' competency and ensure standards compliance in cave diving instruction. This course trains evaluators to verify that instructors meet TDI's teaching standards and can deliver the Full Cave curriculum to student divers. Evaluators play a critical quality-assurance role in maintaining professional standards across TDI cave diving instruction.
Evaluators must observe and assess Full Cave Instructor performance against TDI standards, including classroom delivery, confined water skills demonstration, and open water dive execution. They verify that instructors comply with TDI's course structure, student-to-instructor ratios, required materials, and safety procedures.
9 dive centres on TecDiveTools teach TDI Full Cave Evaluator worldwide: Mexico (7) and Thailand (2). Each is listed above.
