Intro to Tech in the Philippines: 20 dive centres on TecDiveTools, with agencies, courses taught and a summary of what students say. 2 publish course prices.
TecDiveTools lists 20 dive centres teaching Intro to Tech in the Philippines. 2 of them publish course prices, in the currency the shop advertises and with the date each was checked — not converted, and not estimated.
Listings are ordered by how much evidence exists about their technical diving, not by a star rating, with any paid Featured listing shown first and marked as such (how rankings work). 13 of these 20 carry reviews we have read and classified as being about technical or overhead training. The count excludes recreational certifications by name, so a busy resort does not outrank a one-instructor cave operation on the volume of its reef trips. Separately, 9 have at least one instructor whose reviews we have read and summarised — a dive centre carries no synthesis of its own. How we read and count reviews.

About the course
TIER CORRECTION: Diver-tier introduction to technical diving equipment configurations and open-water diving skill enhancement. Teaches buoyancy, trim, situational awareness, and advanced gas planning techniques within a strictly no-decompression context. Designed as a bridge to Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures, familiarizing divers with technical equipment (twin sets, sidemount) before committing to deeper technical courses. Can be combined with Advanced Nitrox at instructor discretion.
Divers must complete minimum 3 open water dives (max 4 if combined with Advanced Nitrox) to no deeper than 23m/75ft, demonstrating enhanced buoyancy control, proper trim, technical equipment assembly/configuration, and advanced gas planning skills. All dives must stay within no-decompression limits.
The centres listed above teach TDI Intro to Tech in Philippines. Requirements are set by the agency, not the centre, so they are the same wherever you train — what differs is price, class size and how much diving is included.
20 dive centres on TecDiveTools teach TDI Intro to Tech in the Philippines: Cebu (3), Moalboal (3), Anilao (2), Dauin (2), Malapascua (2) and Puerto Galera (2), and 5 more. Each is listed above.
Walls off Moalboal and the drop-off beyond Malapascua's Monad Shoal reach technical depths close to shore, and Coron's Irako gives deep decompression dives a wreck to work on.
