About the course
A technical course for experienced RAID divers preparing for deeper and more complex diving challenges using staged decompression. Students learn extended bottom times, multi-gas decompression strategies, and advanced breathing gas mixing for mixed-depth profiles. The course is available in two options: 50 metres with air and nitrox, or 50 metres with air, nitrox, and trimix gas blends. This course bridges standard technical diving and extended depth exploration, teaching the gas management and decompression planning skills necessary for deep wreck diving, technical cave systems, and staged decompression in open water.
Demonstrate advanced gas management with two decompression gas stages, multi-stage ascent procedures, decompression stop optimization, gas switching protocols, and complex dive planning for 50-metre deep dives with extended bottom times.
