Cole is a PADI Platinum Course Director and owns Infinity2Diving in Tulum, where she teaches cave training alongside professional development, with a stated focus on mentoring the next generation of diving professionals. Reviewers describe the operation as the place to go for any kind of diving in the area and name her personally as the reason, with technical and instructor-level courses completed there. Platinum Course Director is a volume-and-quality rating within PADI's professional tier, and combined with cave instruction it is an unusual pairing: most people teaching cave are not also running instructor development, and vice versa. Most of Infinity2Diving's reviews are about recreational and professional-development courses rather than technical training, so ask for references from cave students.
