Termat teaches technical and cave diving through Xpu Ha Divers on Mexico's Riviera Maya, with RAID ratings running through the technical decompression pathway to Advanced Decompression, plus cavern and cave training. Xpu Ha Divers reviews well as an operation and reviewers name its instructors individually and warmly, including divers who had been diving informally with the team for eight years before deciding to do formal training with them — which is an unusual and rather persuasive route to a course. Few reviews name Termat himself, and RAID's cave pathway is less discussed than TDI's, IANTD's or NSS-CDS's, so ask him for references.
