Green founded Green Divers Tulum in 2015 and runs a deliberately small operation built around private and near-private cenote diving. He has lived in the Tulum area for many years and local knowledge is the thing reviewers raise first: which cenote suits which diver on which day, and access to sites most visitors never reach. One diver spent a month cave diving with him looking for exactly that and says it is what they got. Instruction is usually one-to-one, and students describe precise teaching with a heavy emphasis on safety and on briefings done properly before the water rather than hurriedly at the entry. Several reviewers are instructors themselves — one who has dived worldwide, another who rates him among the best scuba instructors they have met and points to the breadth of certification bodies he can teach through. The operation's character comes through as strongly as the teaching: quick and clear communication from first contact, flexible scheduling, transport arranged, and lunch cooked by his wife, which turns up in review after review.
