Esmat teaches GUE courses at Scuba Seekers in Dahab. Most of what students have written is on the forums: ScubaBoard and Reddit carry several full course reports of GUE Fundamentals taken with him, including one from a diver who was already a technical instructor, trimix rebreather diver and full cave diver and still rated the class worth taking. The recurring verdict in those reports is that Fundies with him is useful rather than ceremonial, and that Scuba Seekers is a genuinely DIR-friendly base to take it at. One Google review of a Doubles Primer describes the same thing from the other end of the experience scale — a diver new to twinsets who found the progression seamless.
