Olbrich runs Lagona Divers Technical in Dahab with Andreas "Andy" Sueess, and students name her in a large share of the centre's reviews. She covers an unusually wide range for one person, from a first technical course to instructor level and rebreather trimix, and guides CCR dives past 100m with support divers. Two themes recur across languages — reviews arrive in German, Finnish and Turkish as well as English. First, fundamentals before progression: several reviewers describe long shallow sessions on trim, buoyancy and back-kick before anything deep, and one instructor-level student credits her with sharing current decompression research rather than the syllabus. Second, the certification has to be earned — "you are brought to your limits above and below the water, which is what I expect from technical training". Students describe her planning trimix dives jointly with them and briefing in detail beforehand. Several return; one couple came back for three separate CCR courses on a unit they bought after trying it with her.
