Bosquez draws the most emphatic single recommendations of the High Springs group — "Joseph (Joe) Bosquez is fantastic; he's my go-to recommendation for folks looking to do cave in the High Springs area" — and appears in essentially every thread on the subject, usually first. Another poster answering a general "recommend a cavern/cave instructor" question replies simply that Bosquez is who they send friends to. He is named for cavern through full cave, and the same posters note that agency matters less than instructor, offering him under both TDI and NSS-CDS.
