Jason Gulley
Jason Gulley is a professor of geology at the University of South Florida and a National Geographic Explorer whose research and photography centre on caves, glaciers and climate change — he holds a PhD in geology from the University of Florida and has been published by the Pulitzer Center and Oceanographic. He dives and photographs the systems he studies, which is unusual: most cave imagery is made by photographers who are not also the scientists interpreting the rock. He teaches technical and rebreather courses on Florida's west coast.
