Ang Dy Pay is the proprietor of Boardwalk Dive Center in Subic Bay. Older ScubaBoard threads call him an excellent instructor — one mentions him meeting a student in Makati over lunch to cover the academics — and another notes him planning a CCR class on the Dive Rite O2ptima. Recent student accounts are scarce, so ask for references.
