Ernesto is co-founder of Cozumel Ocean Research (COR), a nonprofit focused on marine conservation. Born in Mexico City in 1972, he has a background in scientific diving and is an active researcher studying marine ecology, including eagle ray behavioral patterns in Cozumel.
