Alex Heyes
Coordinator and technical instructor trainer at H2O Divers Dahab, holding TDI Instructor Trainer ratings on Extended Range, Advanced Nitrox, Decompression Procedures and Intro to Tech, plus Nitrox Gas Blending. Much of what reviewers credit her with sits either side of the course itself — arranging airport pickups and accommodation, keeping mixed groups of recreational and technical divers all getting what they came for, and co-instructing on the centre's trimix courses.

Heyes is the coordinator at H2O Divers Dahab. The reviews that name her describe two sides of her work rather than a course of her own: making a technical trip work — airport pickups, accommodation, keeping a mixed group of recreational and technical divers all getting what they came for — and co-instructing alongside the centre's technical instructors on trimix courses. Reviewers consistently describe the centre as the friendliest they have dived with, and credit her with setting that.
